3. Orders & Payments

  • In rare cases of stock unavailability or delivery limitations, we may offer a suitable alternative or process a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

4. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver orders on the selected date and time slot, but exact time guarantees cannot always be assured due to traffic, weather or unforeseen events.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be made to a neighbour, security, reception or re-attempted based on feasibility.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability.

5. Substitution Policy

In case certain flowers, designs or accessories are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining overall quality and theme.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible through WhatsApp or email.
  • Orders that are prepared, customized or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to bank processing timelines.

7. Complaints & Quality Issues

  • Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and order details.
  • After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or suitable resolution. Our decision in such cases shall be final.
