4. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver orders on the selected date and time slot, but exact time guarantees cannot always be assured due to traffic, weather or unforeseen events.
- If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be made to a neighbour, security, reception or re-attempted based on feasibility.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability.
5. Substitution Policy
In case certain flowers, designs or accessories are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining overall quality and theme.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible through WhatsApp or email.
- Orders that are prepared, customized or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to bank processing timelines.
7. Complaints & Quality Issues
- Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and order details.
- After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or suitable resolution. Our decision in such cases shall be final.
